Technique Exercise #3

1. Title Of Exercise.
- Circles Of Concentration

2. Reflect.
- I found that I was able to keep my concentration quite well throughout the entire exercise. I never found myself looking at the audience of any other people that were with me up on stage. I never acknowledged them and felt like I was alone with no one around me the entire time. I feel that it was very easy for me to engage in my own thoughts and feel a sense of privacy because to me it felt like I was alone in my room with no one to distract, annoy or bother me. Overall, I found this exercise a bit easier than I thought it'd be.
